1. Purpose

- Allows users to create statistical reports on driver performance over a certain period of time, thereby providing a preliminary assessment of driver performance and frequency of violations.

2. Implementation condition

- Users are authorized to Summary Report by driver in the Authorization function of the system.

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to the Regulation Report/Summary Report by driver.

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:

+ Fleet Queries section allows users to set time parameters and vehicles to view reports.

+ Report Details section displays report information.

+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

• From: The user enters the first day to create the report;

• To: The user selects the last day to create the report;

• In the vehicle list: Check the checkbox to select the vehicle to report;

• Click Search button to display the report in the Report Details section.

+ Report details: Displays all indicators on the report including:

• Driver;

• Driver's license number;

• Total mileage(km): Number of Km the driver drove during the reporting period;

• Over Speed Rate 5 -> 10 Km/h: Calculate the % of speeding violations in the range of 5 - 10 Km/h over the total number of kilometers traveled;

• Over Speed Rate 10 -> 20 Km/h: Calculate the % of speeding violations in the range of 10 - 20 Km/h over the total number of kilometers traveled;

• Over Speed Rate 20 -> 35 Km/h: Calculate the % of speeding violations in the range of 20 - 35 Km/h over the total number of kilometers traveled;

• Over Speed Rate > 35 Km/h: Calculate the % of speeding violations greater than 35Km/h over the total number of kilometers traveled.

• Over Speed Times 5 -> 10 Km/h: Statistics of times the vehicle exceeds the speed range of 5 - 10 Km/h on the divided routes during the reporting period;

• Over Speed Times 10 -> 20 Km/h: Statistics of times the vehicle exceeds the speed range of 10 - 20 Km/h on the divided routes during the reporting period;

• Over Speed Times 20 -> 35 Km/h: Statistics of times the vehicle exceeds the speed range of 10 - 20 Km/h on the divided routes during the reporting period;

• Over Speed Times > 35 Km/h: Statistics of times the vehicle exceeds the speed range of 10 - 20 Km/h on the divided routes during the reporting period;

• Over Speed Times 1000 km/Time: Statistics of the number of times the vehicle exceeds the speed limit of 1000 km/time on the divided routes during the reporting period.

• Continuous driving over 4hr: Statistics of the number of times the driver drives continuously for more than 4 hours during the reporting period;
