Customer frequency report

- The report aggregates the days when vehicles stopped at checkpoints, the days they passed without stopping, and the days they did not pass through the checkpoints, helping the user monitor and manage regular customer visits.

- The user is assigned the VN42 option.
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the path: Route Manager / Customer frequency report
The function screen consists of tow sections:

Fleet Information

Customer frequency report

- Fleet Information section:

From: The first date the user wants to query.

To: The last date the user wants to query.

All Fleets: Default is all fleets; the user can click the icon to select a specific fleet.

All Vehicles: Default is all vehicles in the fleet; the user can click the icon to select specific vehicles.

Enter Checkpoint Name: The user can quickly search by checkpoint name or select multiple checkpoints to include in the report.

Search: Click Search to display the results.
- Customer Visit Frequency Report section:

License Plate: The license plates of the vehicles being queried.

Checkpoint Name: The names of the checkpoints being queried.

Route Containing Checkpoint: The route that contains the queried checkpoints.

Most Recent Stop Date: The time the vehicle most recently stopped at the checkpoint within the queried period.

Number of Stops: The number of times the vehicle stopped at the checkpoint within the queried period.

Number of Pass-Throughs Without Stop: The number of times the vehicle passed the checkpoint without stopping within the queried period.

Number of Days Not Passing Checkpoint: The number of days the vehicle did not pass the checkpoint within the queried period.

- Double-clicking on any information line on the report will display the detailed report tab including:

License Plate: The license plate of the vehicle being viewed in detail.

Checkpoint Name: The name of the checkpoint being viewed in detail.

Route Containing Checkpoint: The name of the route that includes the checkpoint.

Date Vehicle Stopped at Checkpoint: The time the vehicle began stopping at the checkpoint on the route.

Date Vehicle Passed Checkpoint Without Stopping: The first time the vehicle reached the checkpoint on the route without stopping.
