Telematics Dashboard

1. Purpose

- It is a statistical table showing the number of violations for each driver’s behavior, from which a ranking of the most dangerous drivers is generated based on six behaviors: sudden acceleration, sudden braking, sharp turning, speeding, driving continuously for more than 4 hours, and driving more than 10 hours per day.

2. Implementation conditions

- Users are granted permissions for telematics features on the CRM.

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to the menu: Driving Safety / Telematics Dashboard. The functional screen is displayed as follows:

  • Search Conditions:
Users can select search conditions based on the following criteria:

  • Search period: By day, week, month, or a custom period of up to 1 month.

  • Driver: Users can select one, multiple, or all drivers from the list to search.

  • The data on the number of violations for each driver’s behavior will display the following information in full:

  • No.: Corresponds to the danger ranking order.

  • Ranking: Ordered from the most dangerous to the least dangerous driver based on the total number of violations of six behaviors.

  • Driver’s name

  • Driver’s license number

  • RFID: Identification number on the driver’s RFID card.

  • Total number of violations = Number of speeding violations + number of sharp turn violations + number of sudden acceleration violations + number of sudden braking violations + number of continuous driving over 10 hours per day + number of continuous driving over 4 hours.

  • Details of violations: Number of speeding violations, sudden acceleration, sudden braking, sharp turning, continuous driving over 4 hours, and continuous driving over 10 hours per day. The calculation of these violations is described in Section III-1 – Safe Driving Behavior Violations.

  • The data on the number of violations for all drivers included in the search is also summarized. When the user selects a specific driver row, the data will update accordingly for that driver.

  • The chart section visualizes the number of violations for each corresponding behavior. Users can choose to display the data as a bar chart or a pie chart.

  • Users can view detailed violation records by clicking on any row in the report or on any column to open the detailed report.
