Speed limit report

1. Purpose

- Support users create and print detailed reports on vehicles exceeding the pre-set speed limits.

2. Implementation conditions

- Users are authorized to Speed limit report in the Authorization function of the system.

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to the Regulation Report/Speed limit.

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:

+ Fleet Queries section allows users to set time parameters and vehicles to view reports;

+ Report Details section displays the speeding violation details of each vehicle.

+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

  • From: The user enters the first day to create the report;

  • To: The user selects the last day to create the report;

  • Select the icon  to select the team;

  • In the vehicle list: Check the checkbox to select the vehicle to report;

  • Click Search button to display the report in the Report Details section.

+ Report Details: Allows users to view all detailed information about the number of times the exceed the speed limit.

  • Plate number;

  • Driver;

  • Driver license number;

  • Industry types;

  • Violation Speed (Km/H): Is the speed exceeding the allowed speed, the driver maintaining the speed exceeding the maximum for 20 seconds is counted as 1 speed violation;

  • Allowed speed (Km/H): The maximum allowed speed is based on the speed regulations in Circular 31/2019/TT-BGTVT according to the Vehicle Type Settings through the toll station in Settings/Basic information settings (In case the vehicle type through the toll station is not set, the allowed speed is taken according to the Car symbol settings); 

  • Start Time;

  • End Time;

  • Duration;

  • Start Address;

  • End Address;

  • Total Distances

  • Notes

  • Route: Click on the Route button to review the route the vehicle has traveled.

+ Select the icon   to print the report

+ Select the icon   to download the report as excel

+ Select the icon   to Custom Field, Plate number field settings, Print signature settings

Additional business operations applicable to data from 08/10/2024 for all customers

+ No data statistics when the vehicle leaves Vietnam territory, the vehicle stops at the border gate to determine leaving Vietnam territory
