Asset & Supplies Management

1. Purpose
- Allows users to install and manage assets and materials of each vehicle.
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized to Asset & Supplies Management on the CRM system.
3. Implementation instructions
Go to the menu Setting/Asset & Supplies Management

- The function screen displays 3 parts:
 + Fleet Queries section 
 + Asset & Supplies Management section
 + Asset Type, Add, Edit, Delete section

Fleet Queries section: Allows users to search by asset type group

+ Asset & Supplies Management section:

  • Asset Name 
  • Asset Type 
  • Asset Type Group 

+ Asset Type, Add, Edit, Delete section allows you to add, edit, and delete installed information:

  • Select the Asset Type setting to update the asset type to the pick list when adding new or editing information

 

  • Select Add to update the report with new data 

 

  •  Select the line to edit, click Edit to edit the information again.

 

  • Select the line to delete, press Delete to delete data 

  • Select the icon to  print the report; 
  • Select the icon to  download the report in excel/word format; 
  • Select the icon to  set the display or change the sort order of the report columns
