Report Subscription

1. Purpose

- Support users to register to receive email reports by time of Day, Week, Month as registered

2. Implementation conditions

- Users are authorized to the Report Subscription function in the authorization section

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to the Report Subscription/Setting

  • The display function screen consists of 2 parts:
  • Report Subscription details section: Includes information about the list of reports registered by the user
  • Add/Edit/Delete section: allows users to add new, edit, delete reports registration

 

The Report Subscription details section displays the following information:

  • Report name: Entered by user
  • Report Frequency: User Selects Report Period: Daily, Weekly, Monthly
  • Team: User Selects Team to View Report
  • Format: Select Report Format to Send via Email
  • Report Type: Select Report Type to Send via Email
  • Recipient: Email of Report Recipient

Add/Edit/Delete Section

  • Select Add to subscribe to receive reports. The Add subscription screen is as follows

  • Select the report information line that needs to be edited and press the Edit button. The editing screen is as follows:

  • Select the report information line to delete and press the Delete button. The delete screen is as follows:

  • Select OK to delete the report receipt information
  • Select Cancel to cancel the deletion of the report receipt information
