Temperature worksheet

- Allows users to quickly check the total number of abnormal temperature occurrences for the entire fleet or individual vehicles by day, week, month, or within a specific time range, including detailed information on time, location, and abnormal temperature values.
2. Implementation conditions
- The customer uses temperature sensors configured under options 63 and 75.
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to menu Temperature control center/Temperature worksheet

- The functional screen consists of two sections:

Abnormal Temperature Report

Fleet Information

- Abnormal Temperature Report:
Displays the total number of abnormal temperature occurrences for the entire fleet and a ranking table by vehicle.
For vehicles with more than 0 abnormal temperature occurrences, the user can click on the line showing “Abnormal temperature: n times” to view detailed abnormal temperature information.

+ Time: The time when the vehicle experienced an abnormal temperature.
+ Location: The location where the vehicle had an abnormal temperature.
+ Checkpoint: The checkpoint where the vehicle had an abnormal temperature (displayed when the abnormal temperature occurred at a checkpoint).

+ Continuous Duration: The total duration during which the vehicle experienced an abnormal temperature.

- Fleet Information:
Allows users to select vehicles and a specific time range to generate and print reports.
+ All Vehicles: Users can select the entire fleet or specific vehicle groups.
+ Checkbox: Select individual vehicles to include in the report. The system selects all vehicles by default.
+ From: Select the starting date and time for the report.
+ To: Select the ending date and time for the report.
+ Click Search to display the report in the Detailed Information section.
