1. Purpose

- Summary Report the vehicle's operating statistics over a certain period of time, thereby providing a preliminary assessment of the vehicle's operating efficiency and frequency of violations..

2. Implementation conditions

- Users are authorized to Summary Report in the Authorization function of the system.

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to the Regulation Report/Summary Report.

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:

+ Fleet Queries section allows users to set time parameters and vehicles to view reports.

+ Report Details section displays the speeding violation details of each vehicle.

+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

• From: The user enters the first day to create the report;

• To: The user selects the last day to create the report;

• Select the icon  to select the team;

• In the vehicle list: Check the checkbox to select the vehicle to report;

• Click Search button to display the report in the Report Details section.

+ Report Details: Allows users to view all detailed information about the number of times the exceed the speed limit.

• Plate number;

• Industry types;

• Total mileage(km);

• Over Speed Rate 5 -> 10 km/h: Calculates the % of speeding violations in the range of 5 - 10 km/h over the total number of kilometers traveled;

• Over Speed Rate 10 -> 20 Km/h: Calculates the % of speeding violations in the range of 10 - 20 km/h over the total number of kilometers traveled;

• Over Speed Rate 20 -> 35 Km/h: Calculates the % of speeding violations in the range of 20 - 35 km/h over the total number of kilometers traveled;

• Over Speed Rate  > 35 Km/h:  Calculates the % of speeding violations greater than 35 km/h over the total number of kilometers traveled.

• Over Speed Times 5 -> 10 km/h: Statistics of the number of times the vehicle over-speeded in the range of 5 - 10 km/h on the divided routes during the reporting period;

• Over Speed Times 10 -> 20 Km/h: Statistics of the number of times the vehicle exceeds the speed limit within the range of 10 - 20 Km/h on the divided routes during the reporting period;

• Over Speed Times 20 -> 35 Km/h: Statistics of the number of times the vehicle exceeds the speed limit within the range of 10 - 20 Km/h on the divided routes during the reporting period;

• Over Speed Times > 35 Km/h: Statistics of the number of times the vehicle exceeds the speed limit within the range of 10 - 20 Km/h on the divided routes during the reporting period;

•  Over Speed Times 1.000 km/time: Statistics of the number of times the vehicle exceeds the speed limit within the range of 1,000 Km/Time on the divided routes during the reporting period.

• Total: Number of violations during the reporting period;

• Total Stop: Statistics of the number of times the vehicle stops during the reporting period;

+ Select the icon   to print the report

+ Select the icon   to download the report as excel

+ Select the icon   to Custom Field, Plate number field settings, Print signature settings
