Text Management

1. Purpose
- Allows users to install and manage words
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized to Text Management on the CRM system.
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the Setting/Text Management menu

- The function screen displays 2 parts:
+ Text Management section 
+ Edit, Delete section

+ Text Management section:

  • Allows users to quickly search, filter by default word/replacement word
  • Origin text: The original word of the system
  • Custom text: The word that has been changed by the user, replacing the original word of the system

+Edit, Delete section allows to add, edit, delete installed information:

  •  Select the line to edit, click Edit to edit the information again  

 

  • Select the row to delete, click Yes to delete data, click No to cancel the operation
