Max Speed Config Report

1. Purpose

- Support users to review the Speed ​​Limit information that has been set for each vehicle according to Circular 31/2019/TT-BGTVT (Article 7) (This Circular updates and replaces Circular 91/2015/TT-BGTVT).

2. Implementation conditions

- Users are authorized to Max Speed Config Report in the authorization function of the system.

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to the Regulation Report/Max Speed Config Report

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:

+ Fleet Queries section allows users to search for the operating speed of one or more vehicles over a certain period of time;

+ Report Details section shows the detailed speed of each vehicle over time.

+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

• From: The user enters the first day to create the report;

• To: The user selects the last day to create the report;

• Select the icon   to select the team;

• In the vehicle list: Check the checkbox to select the vehicle to report;

• Click Search button to display the report in the Report Details section.

+ Report Details: Allows users to check the vehicle's operating speed in specific seconds. The information in this section includes:

• Plate Number;

• Speed Limit According To Circular No.31/2019/TT-BGTVT;

+ Select the icon   to print the report

+ Select the icon   to download the report as excel

+ Select the icon   to Custom Field, Plate number field settings, Print signature settings
