Driver Violation Dashboard

1. Purpose

- Allows users to look up the number of violations, violation rates, and violation rankings related to drivers’ driving time by week, month, or within a selected time range, thereby reminding drivers to comply with regulations.

2. Implementation conditions

- Accounts are granted permissions for this function in the system.

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to the menu Driving Safety/Driver Violation Dashboard

 + Select search conditions:

- Select search conditions:

  • Select the search period: by week, month, or within a custom time range.

  • Select the fleet: choose the entire fleet or a specific fleet created in Settings / Vehicle Group and Sharing.

  • Set warning thresholds:

    • List of drivers with violations to monitor

    • High level: … times (default > 5 times)

    • Medium level: … times (default > 3 times)

    • Low level: … times (default > 1 time)

- Driver Risk Warning Table:

  • High risk: … times

  • Potential risk: … times

  • Under monitoring: … times

  • Violation Statistics Table:

 

  • Violation Monitoring List: The number of drivers who have violated driving time regulations, grouped by severity level. The violation level is based on the thresholds set in Warning Threshold Configuration.
  • Driver Risk Warning Table: The number of drivers at risk of violating driving time regulations. The risk level is determined according to the thresholds set in Warning Threshold Configuration.
  • Risk of continuous driving time violation: 03:30:00 → 03:59:59
  • Risk of daily driving time violation: 09:30:00 → 09:59:59
  • Risk of weekly driving time violation: 47:30:00 → 47:59:59
  • Driver violation rate: Number of drivers who violated / total number of drivers with working-hour data during the selected period.
  • Total number of violations: Total number of working-hour violations committed by all drivers within the selected period.

 

 

  • Violation ranking: Sorted by the number of violations in descending order within the queried time range.
  • Violation trend chart:
  • Select query period: Day (Default), Week, Month
  • Y-axis: Average driving time (hours), Number of overdriving cases
  • X-axis: Time (Day, Week, Month)
  • Hover over the chart to view details: Time, Average working hours, Number of violations

  • Select search conditions:

  • Select the search period by week, month, or a custom date range.
  • Select all fleets or a specific fleet created in Settings / Vehicle groups and sharing.
  • Select the violation type or all violations to be searched.
  • Report:

  • Start time: The time when the violation started
  • End time: The time when the violation ended
  • Violation type: The name of the violation type
  • Start location: The location where the violation started
  • End location: The location where the violation ended
