General Department of Information Transmission (QCVN)

I. Purpose

• Allows users to set up information to be transmitted to the Police Department according to the provisions of law.

II. Implementation conditions

• The user is authorized to perform the General Department of Information Transmission (QCVN) function . This page is only available on the admin account.

III. Implementation instructions

• Go to Settings menu  / General Department of Information Transmission (QCVN)

• The screen displays 3 tabs: Company Information, Vehicle Information, Driver Information

+ ​​​​​​​Tab Company Information  includes the following information:

• Tax code

• Transport business unit

• Address

• Phone number

• Department of Transport/Construction

​​​​+ Tab Vehicle Information: 

• License plate

• Business type

• Tax code

• Chassis number

• Load weight (kg) 

• Action: Edit vehicle information

+ Driver information tab  gets information from Name list  tab in Setting/Basic setting

*  To display the driver list in the Name list tab , the user needs to install at Setting/Basic setting/Tab Name list

• Driver license number

• Full name

• Date of issue (YYYY-MM-DD)

• Expiry date (YYYY-MM-DD)

• Place of  issue

• Type of license
