Daily Report

1. Purpose
- Support users to count the operating time of the device during the day
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized VN115 to enable the Vincons reporting feature group
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to menu Vincons/ Daily report

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:
 + The Fleet Queries section allows users to select information about time, fleet and vehicle;
 + The Daily report section displays information about vehicle activity by day.

+ The Fleet Queries section allows users to set up search information as follows:

• From: The first day the user wants to check;
• To: The last day the user wants to check;
• All team: Default, users select the icon  to select the team;
• All car group: Default is all vehicles in the car group, users select the icon  to select a specific car group;
• All worksites 
• All car symbol
• Vehicle list: Default all vehicle license plate, allows to select 1 or more vehicles to look up reminders
• Search: Select Search to display the results.
• Show detail report 

+ Daily report section: Displays detailed data related to the device's operation

• Date: Date of operation data statistics
• Plate number:
• Start time: Time the vehicle started to turn on the engine during the day
• End time: Time the vehicle turned off the engine for the last time during the day
• Working time: is the vehicle's operating time during the day, including the time the engine was stopped and the time the vehicle was moving
• Working performance 
• Idling times in day
• Stop times in day
• Travel time during the day
• Distance traveled during the day
• Unplanned working hours (>15 minutes):  is the time the device is operating before or after the working shift for more than 15 minutes to be counted. Morning: 7am - 11am Afternoon: 1:30pm - 5:30pm
• Number of times e during working time: calculated according to the project's limited area and working shift time Morning: 7am - 11am Afternoon: 1:30pm - 5:30pm
• Total time spent outside during working time:
• Number of times outside: is the number of times going out of the project's limited area during the day
• Total time out:
• Number of signal loss times: lost signal
• Hours of signal loss: loss of signal

Select the icon  to print the report; 

Select the icon  to download the report in excel/word format; 

Select the icon  to set the display or change the sort order of the report columns
