Turn Off Time Setting

1. Purpose
- Allows users to set the time period for the shutdown warning during the day
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized to use option VN134
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the Setting/Turn Off Time Setting menu 

- The function screen consists of 3 parts:
 + The Fleet Queries section allows users to set up search parameters;
 + The Turn Off Time Setting section allows users to set the time period for the shutdown warning during the day.
 + The Add, Edit, Delete section

+ The Fleet Queries section includes the following information:

• All team: Default, users select the icon  to select the team;
• All car group: Default is all vehicles in the car group, users select the icon  to select a specific car group;
• All car symbol
• Search: Select Search to display the results.

+ The Turn Off Time Setting section displays the following contents:

• No.
• Plate number 
• Start time: User selects hh:mm:ss
• End time: User selects hh:mm:ss
• Date: User selects the warning date

Note:
- This feature only re-specifies the time period that will be set for warning when the vehicle is turned off, all settings are still made in the Alert settings / Car status / Turn off long feature
- The time period set for warning of a vehicle will not be intersected
- Vehicles that do not set the warning time period will follow the settings in the Alert settings / Car status / Turn off long feature

+ Add, Edit, Delete section

• To add a new shutdown time setting, user selects Add, the new screen displays as follows:

• To edit the installation information, the user selects the information line to be edited, right-clicks to display the Edit button.

• To delete installation information, the user selects the information line that needs to be edited, right-clicks to display the Delete button.
