1. Purpose
- Allows the user to create fixed routes and assign vehicles responsible for those routes.
- Enables the user to quickly select a list of customer locations (corresponding to checkpoints) to assign to vehicles.
- Allows the user to assign a responsible vehicle while creating a route — each vehicle is assigned to a fixed route.
- Displays the complete list of routes created by the user and allows filtering by route name or vehicle license plate.

- The user is assigned the VN42 option.
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the path: Route Manager / Route Information.
- The function screen consists of three sections:

- Fleet Information section:
The user can search using the following criteria:
All Fleets: Default is all fleets; the user can click the icon to select a specific fleet.
All Vehicles: Default is all vehicles within the fleet; the user can click the icon to select specific vehicles.
Route Name: Quickly search by route name.
- Route Information section:
Route Name column: Displays the list of created routes.
Route Details Table:
Route Name: The route selected by the user for lookup.
Route Code: Automatically generated by the system.
Total Distance: The total estimated distance of the route through all defined checkpoints (displayed based on map estimation).
Starting Point: The position of the first checkpoint on the route.
Intermediate Points: The positions of the checkpoints along the route that the vehicle passes through.
Ending Point: The position of the last checkpoint on the route.
Assigned Vehicles: The list of vehicles assigned to the route.

- Add, Edit, Delete Route section: Allows the user to perform the following actions:

to set the starting point for the route. When clicking on the map, a marker will appear at the selected location.
a popup will be displayed:
- Click Search to select the starting point from the previously created checkpoints, or right-click on the map to create a new checkpoint for the route.
to set the ending point for the route (similar to how the starting point is selected).
to set the intermediate points for the route (similar to selecting the starting and ending points).

1. Purpose
- The report provides detailed stop times for each customer on each route, allowing the user to search by one or multiple routes within a specified time period.
- Report aggregation logic: It is not required for the vehicle to leave the starting point and return to the ending point in order for the data to be included in the report.

Enter Route Name: The user can quickly search by route name or select multiple routes to include in the report.

Route Name: The names of the routes created by the user and assigned to vehicles.
License Plate: The license plates of the vehicles assigned to the routes.
Checkpoint Name: The names of the checkpoints along the route that the vehicle passes through.
Date: The date the vehicle passes the checkpoint.
Stop Duration: The total time the vehicle stops at the checkpoint.
Arrival Time: The time the vehicle arrives at the checkpoint.
Departure Time: The time the vehicle leaves the checkpoint.

From: The first date the user wants to query.

Stop Duration Exceeding ... Minutes: Vehicles that have stopped for more than ... minutes (default is 20 minutes).
Search: Click Search to display results.
- Stops Within Route: Points where vehicles stopped that are part of the assigned route.
Stops Outside Route: Points where vehicles stopped that are not part of the assigned route.
Stop Time Report section:

License Plate: The license plate of the vehicles queried.
Checkpoint Name: The names of the checkpoints the vehicle passes through.
Stop Duration: The time the vehicle stops, showing full details in hours, minutes, and seconds.
Arrival Time: The time the vehicle starts stopping at the checkpoint.
Departure Time: The time the vehicle finishes stopping at the checkpoint.
Route Name: Displays the route name if the vehicle stops at a checkpoint that belongs to the assigned route. Left blank if the stop point is not part of the assigned route.

Day 01 (Day 02 … Day 31): The total number of times vehicles stopped or passed through each checkpoint on the 1st day (2nd day … 31st day) of the queried month.
