- Go to menu Sales Master/ Client visit

- The function screen is divided into three sections:
Fleet Information section
Customer Meeting Schedule section
Add Meeting section
Fleet Information section: The user can search using the following criteria:
From – To: Enter the time range to search for customer meeting schedules.
Fleet: Default is All Fleets; allows filtering and selecting specific fleets available in the system.
Vehicle: Default is All Vehicles; allows selecting specific vehicles available in the system.
Customer Meeting Schedule section: Displays a list of all customer meeting schedules based on the search criteria.
Meeting Code: The code assigned to the customer meeting schedule.
License Plate: The license plate number of the vehicle assigned to the meeting.
Salesperson: The sales staff responsible for the meeting.
Status: The current status of the customer meeting.
Expected Meeting Time: The scheduled time for the customer meeting.

1. Purpose
- This function allows the user to generate statistics on the number of customer meetings for each salesperson over a specified period.
2. Implementation conditions
- The user is authorized to use this function.

- Go to the menu: Sales Master/ Visits statistics

- The function screen consists of two sections:
Fleet Information
Customer Meeting Report
- Fleet Information: The user can search using the following criteria:
From – To: Enter the time range to search for customer meeting schedules.
Fleet: Default is All Fleets; allows filtering and selecting specific fleets available in the system.
Vehicle: Default is All Vehicles; allows selecting specific vehicles available in the system.
- Customer Meeting Report: The user can view the list filtered according to the selected search criteria.

- The report consists of two levels:
Summary Level:
Salesperson Name: The name of the salesperson.
Start Date: The start date of the report summary.
End Date: The end date of the report summary.
Total Scheduled Meetings: The total number of customer meetings scheduled by the salesperson.
Total Completed Meetings: The total number of customer meetings completed by the salesperson.
Detail Level:
Double-click on the desired row to view detailed information.
Salesperson Name: The name of the salesperson.

Date: The date of the customer meeting.
Customer Name: The name of the customer.
Arrival Time: The time of arrival at the customer’s location.
Departure Time: The time of departure from the customer’s location.
Parking Duration: The duration of the stop at the customer’s location.

Customer List: Displays all customers stored in the system.
Template File, Import File, Add, Edit, Delete: Allows the user to manage customer information.
Search: Allows the user to search for customers by Customer Code or Customer Name.
