Record checklist report

1. Purpose

  • Support users to monitor and manage checklists to check all contents and current status of vehicles such as urgent repair, early repair, no repair needed,...

2. Implementation conditions

  • Users are authorized to choose option VN36 or VN36A.

3. Implementation instructions

  • Go to the menu Statistics report»Record checklist report.

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:

Fleet Queries section allows users to set up time parameters and vehicles to view the report;

Record checklist report section Display detailed checklist content and status

Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

  • Select month: allows user to look up time by month

  • Team: Default is All team. Select the icon  to select the team

  • Click Search button to display the report

Record checklist report section allows to display the following information:

  • Checklist content: list of all items, item groups set by the user in the Driver Statistics report/Inspection settings

  • Car state: display vehicle status OK/NO depending on the driver's selection and sending, the checklist will be displayed on the operating accounts, approval accounts, and admin accounts

  • Solution: including Priority repair/urgent replacement; Need early repair; No urgent repair; Other (user's content). Resolution direction is entered by the operating account/admin account.

  • Approve: by the approval account/admin account, select each item to agree to approve or uncheck to disapprove. Or select Approve to approve all items

+ Select the icon   to print the report

+ Select the icon   to download the report as excel

+ Select the icon   to Custom Field, Plate number field settings, Print signature settings
