Xnk Route Listing

1. Purpose
- This function supports users to view, edit, delete, export all existing routes in the system or create a route in advance including details of the points the vehicle will pass through and configure the allowed departure time at the points.
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized to use options VN55 and VN55C
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to menu Journey Management/Xnk Route Listing

- The display function screen consists of 3 parts:
+ Fleet Queries section;
+ Xnk Route Listing section
+ Add, Edit, Delete route section

+ Fleet Queries section: Users can search by the following information:

  • Route name;
  • Start point;
  • End point.

+ Xnk Route Listing section: Display a list of all routes according to search criteria:

  • Route name;
  • Route ID;
  • Total process time;
  • Total mile
  • Start point;
  • End point;
  • Share;

User selects the Route line to view to see detailed route information on the right side of the screen;

 

Select the icon  to print the report; 

Select the icon  to download the report in excel/word format; 

 

+ The Add, Edit, Delete section allows users to perform the following operations:

+Users select Add to display the Insert route screen

  • Route name: User enters the route name he wants to set (Required information)
  • Total process time: The specified total time of the route is entered by the user
  • Total distance: Total expected km from the starting point to the end point
  • Start point: The first point of the route (Required information);
  • End point: The last point of the route (Required information);
  • Middle point list: Points the vehicle must pass through in a route;
  • To enter the Start/End/Middle points, the user selects the icon , the screen to enter the Start/End/Middle points information is as follows:

  • The user can select the check mark  to select an address from the available list or the user can create a new point that is not yet in the system by ticking the map and selecting Create landmark. The screen displays:

  • After confirming the creation of the point, the user continues to set the Leave time (The time the vehicle must leave) at the points;
  • Share: Allows sharing the route for child accounts or parent accounts to view but cannot edit or delete
  • After adding the points and setting the departure time, the user selects Save if they want to save the route they just created, the user selects Cancel if they do not want to create a route.

+ The user selects the route line that needs to be edited and presses Edit if they want to edit the route: 

+ User selects the route line they want to delete and presses Delete to delete the route:

Journey Information

1. Purpose
- Allows users to add, edit, delete, export and track vehicle journeys.
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized to use options VN55 and VN55C
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to menu Journey Management/Journey Information.

- The display function screen consists of 3 parts:
+ Fleet Queries section: Set up journey search parameters;
+ Journey Information section: Display journey information including route, vehicle information;
+ Upload Import/Import example/Add/Update/Delete journey section: Support uploading excel file, adding new journey, editing or deleting journey

+ The Fleet Queries section includes the following information:

  • Journey name: User enters the name of the journey to be searched;
  • Report type: Select to search by start or end date;
  • From date, to date: User selects the first and last date to search for the journey;
  • Click Search to display results;
  • User can select the checkbox Hide journey completed so that the search results do not show information of completed journeys.

+ Import/Import example/Add/Update/Delete journey section:

  • To add new journeys, user selects to download the Import example, then fills in the journey information and selects Import data
  • To add a new journey, user selects Add, the new journey adding screen displays as follows:

  • Update if you want to save the latest information of the trip. The user will not be allowed to Update when the trip has started, the trip is considered to have started when the current Date/Month/Year >= Date/Month/Year in the Start Time of the trip that was set when creating the Trip and Current Time > Leave Time at the starting point that was set when creating the Route
  • Select Delete: The user selects if he wants to delete the created trip.

+ Journey Information section: Displays a list of trips and detailed information of each corresponding trip, including two main information: Journey and Car Information;

  • Journey Information:

    • Journey name: The itinerary name is set by the user

    • Choose route: Allows the user to select a route from the created list. When selecting a route, the system automatically displays the route code, starting point, and ending point

    • Start time: Estimated start time of the itinerary; will understand that the itinerary has ended

    • End time: Estimated end time of the itinerary. For itineraries, if the end time entered is less than the current time, the system

  • Car Information:

    • Route ID: The system automatically loads according to the route selected by the user;

    • To add a car to the route, the user selects the Add Car button and selects the plate number

    • The user selects Confirm to complete adding the vehicle to the itinerary.

  • Select Save if you want to save the itinerary you just created, select Cancel if you want to cancel the itinerary creation operations;

Select the icon  to print the report; 

Select the icon  to download the report in excel/word format; 

Select the icon  to set the display or change the sort order of the report columns

Cutoff Assessment Report

1. Purpose
- Allows users to review time table reports by route, itinerary or customer within a specific period
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized to use options VN55 and VN55C
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the menu Journey Management/Cutoff Assessment Report
- The function screen consists of 2 parts:
+ The Search section allows users to set search parameters;
+ The Cutoff Assessment Report section displays all the detailed information lines of each search itinerary.

+ The Search section includes the following information:

  • From, to: Time to review the report;
  • Journey name: User selects the route to view the cutoff assessment report;

+ Cutoff Assessment Report section: When a new journey is successfully added, it will be displayed on the cutoff report

  • Branch: Leave blank for users to download the file to fill in information
  • Route: Leave blank for users to download the file to fill in information
  • Journey: Journey name in Journey information
  • Trip: Leave blank for users to download the file to fill in information
  • Insert time: Time after successfully adding a new journey
  • Creator: User creates the journey (Parent account, Child account...) in Journey management/Journey information
  • Journey status: Includes 3 statuses
    • Not Started: When there is no Actual Start Time (when the vehicle has not left the starting point)

    • In Progress: When there is an Actual Start Time (when the vehicle has left the starting point and has not left the final point)

    • Completed: When there is an Actual End Time (when the vehicle has left the final position)        

  • Plate number      

  • Driver name: Driver name is installed in Setting/Basic information/Car information

  • Driver name 2: Leave blank for users to download the file and fill in the information     

  • Month: Month of the Actual Start Time column
  • Start Time (Cutoff): Start time set at Add Trip in Trip Management/Trip Information
  • Start Time (Real): Actual time when the vehicle starts to leave the starting point
  • End Time (Cutoff): Actual time when the vehicle starts to leave the ending point
  • End Time (Real)
  • Route all time (Cutoff) - hour: Number of hours in the Cutoff Time set in Trip Management/Trip Information
  • Route all time (Real) - hour: Actual End Time - Actual Start Time
  • Incidents Time (Approved): Leave blank for users to download the file and fill in the information
  • Quality of overall Time: Leave blank for users to download the file and fill in the information   
  • Overall status:

    • Includes 2 statuses: Pass/Fail

    • Pass: Actual total time - cutoff total time is less than or equal to 0

    • Fail: Actual total time - cutoff total time is greater than 0

  • Difference between cut-off time and actual time at each station: Time difference between actual and specified departure time at each point in the route set in Trip Management/Route Information    

Select the icon  to print the report; 

Select the icon  to download the report in excel/word format
