1. Purpose
- It is a ranking table of drivers’ safe driving behavior based on six criteria: sudden acceleration, sudden braking, sharp turning, speeding, driving continuously for more than 4 hours, and driving over 10 hours per day.
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are granted permissions for telematics features on the CRM.
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the menu: Driving Safety / Safety driving ranking report. The functional screen is displayed as follows:

- Users can select search conditions based on: Time and Driver.
Time: Users can choose to search by day, week, month, or a custom period up to a maximum of 1 month.
Driver: Users can choose to search for one, multiple, or all drivers in the system.
- The aggregated data displays complete information, including:
Data for all drivers selected by the user, showing: number of speeding violations, number of sudden braking violations, number of sudden acceleration violations, and number of sharp turning violations.
Data for each individual driver is also summarized, including: safety score, number of sudden accelerations, number of sudden brakings, number of sharp turns, and number of speeding violations.
- Users can select the download or print icon to save or print the driver safety ranking table.
1. Purpose
- It is a statistical table showing the number of violations for each driver’s behavior, from which a ranking of the most dangerous drivers is generated based on six behaviors: sudden acceleration, sudden braking, sharp turning, speeding, driving continuously for more than 4 hours, and driving more than 10 hours per day.
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are granted permissions for telematics features on the CRM.
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the menu: Driving Safety / Telematics Dashboard. The functional screen is displayed as follows:

Search Conditions:
Users can select search conditions based on the following criteria:
Search period: By day, week, month, or a custom period of up to 1 month.
Driver: Users can select one, multiple, or all drivers from the list to search.
The data on the number of violations for each driver’s behavior will display the following information in full:
No.: Corresponds to the danger ranking order.
Ranking: Ordered from the most dangerous to the least dangerous driver based on the total number of violations of six behaviors.
Driver’s name
Driver’s license number
RFID: Identification number on the driver’s RFID card.
Total number of violations = Number of speeding violations + number of sharp turn violations + number of sudden acceleration violations + number of sudden braking violations + number of continuous driving over 10 hours per day + number of continuous driving over 4 hours.
Details of violations: Number of speeding violations, sudden acceleration, sudden braking, sharp turning, continuous driving over 4 hours, and continuous driving over 10 hours per day. The calculation of these violations is described in Section III-1 – Safe Driving Behavior Violations.
The data on the number of violations for all drivers included in the search is also summarized. When the user selects a specific driver row, the data will update accordingly for that driver.

Go to the menu: Driving Safety/Safety score dashboard by month. The functional screen is displayed as follows:

- Search Parameter Selection Area:
Allows users to select the report search period: by day or within a maximum range of 1 month.
Allows users to search by driver teams (driver teams here refer to user accounts): one or all driver teams can be selected.

*Tab: Monthly Safety Score Summary

- The charts in the Monthly Safety Score Summary screen are displayed as follows:
+ The chart shows the Monthly Safety Score Summary:
The horizontal axis (X-axis) represents the months of the year, with each column corresponding to one month.
The vertical axis (Y-axis) represents the monthly safety scores of all drivers in the selected fleet(s).
The YTD column shows the safety score of all drivers in the selected fleet(s) over the past 12 months.
The data in this chart does not depend on the selected time period, but depends on the selected fleet(s) or driver(s).
+ The chart shows the Total Safety Score by Fleet:
The list of fleets displayed on the horizontal axis corresponds to the fleets configured by the admin in the function Settings / Vehicle List.
The horizontal axis displays all fleets in the system; for drivers not assigned to any fleet, they will be grouped under “Other Group.”
The vertical axis represents the safety score levels corresponding to each fleet selected for the search within the selected period.
The display order on the chart is arranged from lowest to highest safety scores, from left to right.
The data in this chart is based on the selected time range; when the user selects a specific fleet, that fleet’s column will be highlighted on the chart.
+ The chart shows the Total Safety Score by Driver:
In the Safety Score by Fleet chart area, when the user selects a specific fleet or driver, the Total Safety Score by Driver chart immediately displays the corresponding safety scores of the drivers belonging to that fleet.
The horizontal axis shows the list of drivers in the selected fleet.
The vertical axis shows the safety score corresponding to each driver.
The chart displays drivers in order from lowest to highest safety score, from left to right.
The chart data is displayed based on the time period and driver(s) selected for the search.
+ Chart Area – Current Month:
The chart shows what percentage each type of violation accounts for in the total number of violations of the fleet(s)/driver(s) selected by the user.
Percentage of each violation behavior by report date = (Number of violations for each behavior on the report date) / (Total number of violations of all behaviors).
The chart data is aggregated according to the selected fleet(s)/driver(s) and the chosen search period.
+ Chart Area – YTD:
The chart shows what percentage each type of violation accounts for in the total number of violations of the fleet(s)/driver(s) over the last 12 months.
Percentage of each violation behavior (YTD) = (Number of violations for each behavior over 12 months for all drivers) / (Total number of violations over 12 months for all drivers).
The chart data is aggregated independently of the selected time period but depends on the fleet(s)/driver(s) chosen for the search.
Note:
When the user clicks on any column in either the Total Safety Score by Fleet or Total Safety Score by Driver charts, all other charts and search conditions (fleet and driver) in the Monthly Safety Score Summary tab will automatically update according to the user’s selection.
*Tab: Behavior dashboard
The screen displaying the Behavior dashboard is shown as follows:
