1. Purpose

• Allows users to set trip salary coefficient, package salary and allowances

2. Implementation conditions

• The user is granted permission for the Salary Coefficient Setting function on the CRM system.

3. Implementation instructions

• Go to the menu Salary Management»Salary Coefficient Setting

- The display function screen consists of 3 parts:

1.  Fleet Queries section allows users to select search parameters;

2. Salary Coefficient Setting displays salary coefficient configuration information;

3. Import Example, Import, Add sections allow setting up salary coefficients

+ Fleet Information section users can choose as follows:

• Select month

• Press Search

• Customer name: Select the customer name

• Order details: Enter the order details

+ Salary Coefficient Setting​​​​​​​ section includes the following information:

• Applicable from date

• Customer name

• Order details

• Trip Salary Coefficient

  • Tonnage: 

  • Trip Salary Coefficient

• Salary By Package

  • From: Number of pieces User set

  • To: Number of pieces User set

  • Salary By Package: Salary User set

• Allowance: Allowance User set

+ Import Example, Import, Add sections:

• Press the button  to download the sample file and fill in the information according to the file

• Press the button  to upload the data file

• Press the button  information display for data entry

+ Select the icon   to print the report

+ Select the icon   to download the report as excel

+ Select the icon   to Custom Field, Plate number field settings, Print signature settings

• Allows users to check and set up trip bonus coefficients and point drop allowances.

2. Implementation conditions

• The user is granted permission for the Trip Salary Bonus Setting function on the CRM system.

3. Implementation instructions

• Go to the menu Salary Management»Trip Salary Bonus Setting

- The function display screen consists of 3 parts:

+ Fleet Queries section allows users to select search parameters;

+ Report details section displays trip reward settings information;

+ Import Example, Import, Add sections allow trip reward settings.

+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

• Select Month

• Click Search button to display the report

• Select Customer Name

• Select  Tonnage

+ Report details section: Display a chart of the driver's status at each time milestone: Allows users to have a visual overview of the driver's route based on time milestones and driving status. Includes the following information:

• Applicable from date: Set by user

• Trip Bonus Coefficient

  • Tonnage: 

  • trip's number from: Set by user

  • trip's number to: Set by user

  • Trip Bonus: Set by user

• Destination Allowance Coefficient

  • Customer name

  • Destination's Number from: Set by user

  • Destination's Number to: Set by user

  • Destination Bonus: Set by user

+ Import Example, Import, Add sections :

• Press button  to download the sample file and fill in the information according to the file

2. Implementation conditions

• The user is granted permission for the Basic Salary Table function on the CRM system.

3. Implementation instructions

• Go to the menu Salary Management»Basic Salary Table.

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:

+ Fleet Queries section allows users to set up time parameters and vehicles to view the report;

+ Basic Salary Table section 

+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

• Select month/year

• Team: Default is All team. Select the icon  to select the team

• Checkbox drive or select all

• Click Search button to display the report

+ Basic Salary Table section  allows to display the following information:

• Month

• Driver

• Number of workdays: Number of working days is set in Payroll Management/ Working days configuration

• Basic Salary / month: 

• Actual working days: Number of working days on the EDriver dispatch app

• Basic Salary: Basic salary/day * number of working days

+ Select the icon   to print the report

+ Select the icon   to download the report as excel

+ Select the icon   to Custom Field, Plate number field settings, Print signature settings

2. Implementation conditions

• The user is granted permission for the Driver Salary Table function on the CRM system.

3. Implementation instructions

• Go to the menu Salary Management»Driver Salary Table.

- The display function screen consists of 3 parts:

+ Fleet Queries section allows users to set up time parameters and vehicles to view the report;

+ Driver Salary Table section

+ Import Example, Import Allowance

+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

• Select month/year

• Team: Default is Entire fleet. Select the icon  to select the team

• Checkbox drive or select all

• Click Search button to display the report

+ Basic Salary Table section  allows to display the following information:

• Driver

• Basic Salary / month

• Total Trips: Number of trips run in the month

• Trip Salary: 

• TripBonus

• SalaryPackage

• Destination Allowance Coefficient

• FixedAllowances

• Total Salary

+ Import Example, Import Allowance:

• Press button  to download the sample file and fill in the information according to the file

2. Implementation conditions

• The user is granted permission for the Number of working days in month function on the CRM system.

3. Implementation instructions

• Go to the menu Salary Management»Number of working days in month

- The function display screen consists of 3 parts:

+ Fleet Queries section allows users to select search parameters;

+ Number of working days in month display detailed number of working days

+ Update section allows setting the number of working days according to the respective time of each driver.

+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:

• Select Month

• Team: Default is Entire fleet. Select the icon  to select the team

• Select the icon  to select driver

• Click Search button to display the report

+ Number of working days in month section  allows to display the following information:

• Month

• Driver

• Number of workdays

+  Update section: Select  to display the settings panel containing the information:

• Select Year/Month

• Input mumber of workdays

• Checkbox Driver name to be installed

+ Select the icon   to print the report

+ Select the icon   to download the report as excel
