- Schedule summary report is one of the reports in the Qcvn31 report set, allowing users to create, print, and export the trip of each vehicle over a certain period of time.

- Users are authorized to Schedule summary report in the Authorization function of the system..
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the Regulation Report/Schedule summary report.
- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:
+ Fleet Queries section allows users to set time parameters and vehicles to view reports;
+ Report Details section displays all vehicle travel information for the selected time period.
+ Fleet Queries section: the user selects the following information:
All Team: Select the icon to select the team;
Select the icon to select the vehicle to report;
From: The user enters the first day to create the report;
To: The user selects the last day to create the report;
Click Search button to display the report in the Report Details section.
+ Report Details: Allows users to view all detailed information
Time: Updated every 30 seconds;
Speed: Average speed of the vehicle in 30 seconds;
Coordinates: Coordinates of the vehicle at the time of information update;
Address: Location of the vehicle at the time of information update;

Allowed speed (Km/H): The maximum allowed speed is based on the speed regulations in Circular 31/2019/TT-BGTVT according to the Vehicle Type Settings through the toll station in Settings/Basic information settings (In case the vehicle type through the toll station is not set, the allowed speed is taken according to the Car symbol settings);

+ Shared vehicles will need to have the option enabled on the car sharing account.
