Config Warning Team

1. Purpose
- Allows users to set up email information and phone numbers to receive alerts for each fleet.
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized to use option VN55.
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the Setting/Config Warning Team menu.

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:
+ Fleet ist section;
+ Detailed information section.

+ Fleet ist section: Displays all vehicle fleets in the system (the corresponding vehicle fleet is a sub-account of the system). To add a vehicle fleet, the user enters the Settings/Authorization function to add a vehicle fleet

+ Detailed information section: Display email information and phone number that will receive alerts corresponding to each fleet.

• To enter email and phone number information, the user selects Edit. The input screen appears:

• User fills in email information, Phone number and selects Confirm to save the entered information.
