Delivery Journey Statistics

1. Purpose

- Allows users to view detailed reports of deliveries, thereby knowing the actual time, number of kilometers, and actual fuel consumption that differs from the initial estimate.

2. Implementation conditions

- User is authorized to use option VN43

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to menu Statistics report/Delivery Journey Statistics

- The function display screen consists of 2 parts:

+ The Fleet Queries section allows users to set up information to display reports;

+ The Report section displays detailed report indicators according to query parameters. Users can print and export report files.

+ Fleet Information section includes the following information:

• From : Select the first date you want to look up the report

• To : Select the last date you want to look up the report

• Fleet: Default and allows selecting other fleets in the system

• Vehicle : User can select 1 or more vehicles in the selected fleet by checking the checkbox.

• Select Search to display results

+ The Report section displays detailed data according to the following indicators: 

• Date : Date of delivery

• Plate number

• Start Location: The starting location of the delivery (Milestone)

• End Location : The end location of the delivery (Milestone)

• Staff code

• Start time : Time when the vehicle leaves the starting position

• End Time: The time the vehicle reaches the end point of the delivery trip

• Operation time : Time for vehicle to travel from start position to end position

• Stop time : Time the vehicle stops during the delivery trip

• Standard distance: Estimated distance set by user in Settings/ set landmark/ set distance

• Actual distance: The actual distance the monitoring device measured between the start point and the end point

• Difference distance: The difference in distance between the standard distance and the actual distance

• Fuel consumption: The actual fuel consumed by the vehicle during the delivery trip

• Actual Fuel Consumption on 100 KM = 100*Actual fuel consumption/actual distance

• Norm Fuel Consumption on 100 KM = 100/Fuel consumption Km/L that the user sets up in settings/basic information/vehicle information

• Diff Fuel Consumption on 100 KM: Difference between rated fuel consumption per 100km and actual fuel consumption converted per 100km

+ Select the icon   to print the report

+ Select the icon   to download the report in excel format

+ Select icons   to customize display columns, customize license plates on reports and set up printing signatures
