1. Purpose
- Allows users to manage and track vehicle maintenance and repair.
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are authorized to Follow Up Repair And Maintenance on the CRM system
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to the Setting/Follow Up Repair And Maintenance

- The function screen displays 5 parts:
+ Fleet Queries section
+ Add/Edit/Delete section
+ Maintenance Tracking section
+ Maintenance Big Repair section
+ Maintenance Simple Repair section

+ The Fleet Queries section allows users to select information about time, team, car group, vehicle type:
to select the team;
to select a specific car group;+ The Add, Edit, Delete section allows adding, editing, deleting installed information:
Select Add to add new data to the report

Select the line to edit, click Edit to edit the information again.

Select the row to delete, click Delete, press Yes to delete data, press No to cancel the operation

+ The etails section includes 3 tabs with the same contents:
Select the icon
to print the report;
Select the icon
to download the report in excel/word format;
Select the icon
to set the display or change the sort order of the report columns
