Basic Setting Car Odometer

1. Purpose
- Allows users to enter and track the number of kilometers on the vehicle's odometer by day of the month
2. Implementation conditions
- Users are assigned option VN71 in the authorization section
3. Implementation instructions
- Go to Setting/Basic Setting Car Odometer

- The display function screen consists of 2 parts:

+ The Search section allows users to set time parameters and vehicles that need to view the report;

+ The Basic Setting Car Odometer section displays detailed information about the number of kilometers the vehicle has traveled each day

+ Search section: To view the report, users select the following information:

• Select month: Select the month the user needs to look up;
• All Team: Default to the entire fleet. Select the icon   to select the team;
• All Car Group: Default to the entire group. Select the icon  to select the group;
• All Car Symbol: Default to the entire symbol. Select the icon  to select the symbol;
• Vehicle list: The user ticks the checkbox to select the vehicle to look up the report;
• Click Search to display

+ Basic Setting Car Odometer section: Allows users to view and enter all detailed information about the number of kilometers the vehicle travels per day, specifically:

• Plate number;
• Driver;
• Date 1, Date 2: Number of kilometers on the vehicle's odometer for each day of the month
• User double-clicks on the vehicle line and the date box needs to add information about the number of kilometers to enter the number of kilometers on the vehicle's odometer then select Save
