Record landmark on route

1. Purpose

- Allows the user to aggregate customer visits on each vehicle route by day within a month, summarizing the number of times vehicles stopped and passed through each checkpoint for each day of the month.

2. Implementation conditions

- The user is assigned the VN42 option.

3. Implementation instructions

- Go to the path: Route Manager /  Record landmark on route

 The function screen consists of tow sections:

• Fleet Information

• Record landmark on route

- Fleet Information section:

• From…/To…: Select the time period the user wants to query by month.

• All Fleets: Default is all fleets; the user can click the icon to select a specific fleet.

• All Vehicles: Default is all vehicles in the fleet; the user can click the icon to select specific vehicles.

• Enter Checkpoint Name: The user can quickly search by checkpoint name or select multiple checkpoints to include in the report.

• Search: Click Search to display the results.

- Customer Visit Summary Report by Route:

• Checkpoint Name: The names of the checkpoints being queried.

• Route Name: The name of the route that contains the checkpoints.

• Day 01 (Day 02 … Day 31): The total number of times vehicles stopped or passed through each checkpoint on the 1st day (2nd day … 31st day) of the queried month.
